Two spring weights are available.
The 13-1/2# (top, silver colored) spring is intended for light loaded ammunition and reduced cyclic rate.
The 20# (bottom, dark colored) spring is intended for factory loads at standard cyclic rate. The 20#
spring may be clipped ONE COIL AT A TIME to reduce its force and match its performance to your
specific ammunition.
It is important to match the proper spring to the ammunition being used. Using the light spring with
factory loads will result in battering of the breech plug by the bolt. The heavy spring used with light
loads can result in a run away in which the weapon keeps firing after the trigger is released.
